Change 'Price:' text for products

Hi

Can anyone tell me how I can change the text for 'Price' to 'NOW ONLY' on the product display? I added the word NOW to the price template but would like to change it completely. See: http://www.cookshop.com/acatalog/Bali_.html

The easiest way is to go into Desgin|options shop defaults an change the text in the box at the bottom, where it says Shopping Cart Price Description
