You can print directly to a virtual PDF printer that will create PDF files out of whatever you spool to it... There are lots of apps about that do it - Acdobe Acrobat 6 Pro comes with 'Adobe PDF' virtual printer.

We have a batch module that will export invoices/packing lists and data entry reports. The benefit of using this over the PDF printer is that you do not have to export one report at a time because it works on batches of orders and also you do not have to enter the filename each time.
