problem with the online payment with Actinic catalog V4

I'm using actinic since 2 years whitout problem.
Since 1 month i receive a lot of mail from my customers who can't valid their payment( when they put the put the credit card number and when they click on the 'valid' boutton to transfert card number to the secure server , it's doesn't work, it work sometime after 10 time , it's crazy!!)

i have this error message:

I had a look at your website and the error log as well. One of the possibilities for this General Script Error could be because of firewall on the customers' PCs. This problem was fixed in V 4.1.1.

Please follow these steps:

Before installing the new version, you will need to suspend ordering on your site [Click on View | Business settings and click on the Orders tab. Untick Allowed and click on Suspended. Wait for at least half an hour and download all new orders and process them].
Now create a snapshot of your site. [Click on File | Snapshot and then select Export site].

To download V 4.1.1, Click here

You will find the options to upgrade and download the Norton Firewall Patch as well.
Click on "Upgrade to V4.1.1 now".

In the window that opens up, please select from Catalog or Business. and fill in the registration form. After you click on Accept, you need to first download V4.1.0 (full version) and then download the patch for V 4.1.1, followed by the Firewall patch, which is available at the link given above.

Once this is done you need to replace a couple of Perl files within the Site 1 folder. I am attaching these files with this reply. Please download them and follow the instructions given in the Installation.txt file.

Install the downloaded V4.1.0 and then V 4.1.1 and finally the Firewall patch.
Import the snapshot and re-allow ordering. Try placing a test order with credit card details and see how it goes on.
