Problem with bouncing unregistered customers

I've added the coding on page 63 of the Actinic Advanced Users guide (Bouncing Unregistered Customers Out of Sections), but it does not work......it's bouncing everybody out!!!!

I've added the coding to a few html pages in the root directory (located outside the acatalog folder).

Once I've logged on as a customer, I try to access the restricted page, but it bounces me out!

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
