Section links error, didn't used to!

Whats up with my links ? !

I thought these pages were all working, but I've just gone on to the site and found that the section links built from raw data appear to have different links, which dont work, to the graphical section links, which still work!

Could one of you technical guys please take a quick look and let me know if you have any hints as to what's wrong?

I cannot say at what time these links broke!

    Thanks

The links from the left do include some extra variables but they are working for me as are the graphical links!!

How strange. I had a friend test it too, and it works on their machine!

On my machine cgi-bin is inserted in the URL of the page it attempts to go to!

      http://www.motormedia.co.uk/cgi-bin/...rican_526.html

      in place of

      http://www.motormedia.co.uk/acatalog...rican_526.html

But I guess others see it fine!

If anyone else sees the same, or has any ideas, please reply!

      Thanks DBurrows

        Links

        Hi There,

The links all work fine for me. The problem is when you hit 'return to Home page' the section links on that page do not work, http://www.motormedia.co.uk/ The links bring up a file Download request. Have attached Screen grabs for you.

Path to your site is https://www.motormedia.co.uk/acatalog/ - this and https://www.motormedia.co.uk/acatalog/index.html work and look the same except that on this page the 'Back to categories list" button takes you to https://www.motormedia.co.uk/acatalog/ that looks exactly alike.

Other than this the site and links work fine.

        Cheers,
        Attached Files

Just a wild guess but I believe your session file was messed up while you were playing with the site. If it is still the same I would suggest to remove them from the server (Use Help|Troubleshooting).

            Thanks for all the help!

Strangely, the problem has sorted its self out - perhaps it was the session file, as zmagyar suggested.

Bruce - you may've highlighted another glitch tho. We couldn't get the section links to operate in non-catalogue pages (we tried the sectionlink raw thing) and in stead listed our own list of categories, all linking to the opening page of the catalog.

You get the download message (but I dont) because I've left a / off the folder name!

            I link to /acatalog

            in stead of

            /acatalog/

Thanks for all the help everyone. I'll change the links, and assume this is now fixed!
