Digital Downloads and Order Manager

Hi there,

I've a client who is going to be selling an ebook online and for ease of use and set-up, Actinic is going to be the prduct used.

To keep his costs down, he's just going to process the orders via Order Manager.

Given that the site maintenance, purchase and resultant download are all performed without requiring his input, would a DD module be required by him in addition to the Order Manager software just to be able to get his orders and customer details?

Hi Jos,

Your client will just need order manager because he is only going to download orders. A downloaded order will bring with it all customer information he requires.
