Urgent Help Please Actinic!!

My Hard Drive has broken so i need to install actinic on another pc.

My problem;

My back up disk of my current site 1 folder is
Actinic Business Version 6.1.3.0.0.0.DHBA

But when i install the Actinic Business Disk it is
Actinic Business Version 6.0.1.0.0.0.CLCB

Is there a patch or something i can install to bring it up the the 6.1.3.0.0.0.DHBA version?

I have copied the site 1 folder over but no GREEN ARROW for Retrieve Orders is visable. And when i update website i get the error message;
"A server error occurred while attempting to merge server files.
500 - Internal Server Error"

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Patch v6.1.3

Hi There,

You can get to the patch for v6.1.3 by clicking here. Did you reinstate the backup you had and then try uploading?

I suggest you download the patch, reinstate your last backup / import your snapshot, whicever is appropriate and then do a Network Test. If this passes then try and upload your site.

Hi There,

You will need to download WinZip.. Its free, get the trial version. The reason it is zipped is because it is a full version and not a patch.
