I have added my client / store ID and Hash code for the HSBC configuration but my orders still remain Pending and I get nothing in the HSBC securepayments store order. I am running in test mode, but it should not matter, I think, can someone clarify

I had the same problem with HSBC a few weeks ago when we first started using it.Ended up the hash they gave was incorrect, why it should affect it the way it does is beyond me but with a new hash it was sorted.good luck

I did not have the payment method setup correctly, its ok now.
