    Offline Order Shipping Charges

    Hi Guys,

I think I may have found another bug.

One of my stores uses weight based shipping for calculation and when I raise an offline order on it, at the shipping/payment phase the shipping cost is calculated correctly based on the type of shipping. I also have a store running with price based shipping costs - second class is always free and first class is 99p so both are based on £0.00 or over for the order value. When I raise an offline order on that catalog, although i can change the type of shipping, they cost is always £0.00 even though it should change to £0.99 when first class is selected.

Has anyone else noticed this as an issue?

    Regards

On further inspection I think i've narrowed down the problem. When basing calculations by value, having

    Order Value: £0.00
    Cost: £0.99

    or by weight

    Weight in kg: 0.00
    Cost: £0.99

Then using the highest value in the table for exess, Actinic refuses to calculate the shipping offline. However, if the value/weight for the class is set to 0.01 then it calculates it fine.

      I'll investigate this.

As a workaround, change to calculation by 'Quantity' and then have

      Quantity:1
      Cost: £0.00

And set excess to 'take the highest value in the table'. That should do it.
