Internal Server Error

Hi

One of our customers are having problems with their shop. Actinic builds the pages and uploads them fine but for some reason, when we click 'Add to basket' we get an internal server error. we tried re-uploading the site but still the same message.

Is it worth doing a refresh site? This wont lose any orders that are up there will it? Any thing else we can try?

Dont understand how this problem has come about. It just seems to have happened

Hi There,

What happens when you try a search in the store. Do a search for something you know is in the store and for something you know is not there. If it does work normally then your scripts are working fine, if not you may need to chec the scripts.

It is worth trying to do a complete web refresh and see what happens.

just been on the website again to test the search script and it all seems to work now as it should

maybe there was a glitch in the server or something, will keep an eye on it.
