Cannot Export ALL Orders

For some strange reason - and this happens in my saparate Actinic Business 4, as well as 5 - whenever I try and highlight all orders then go to Reports - Reports Selection - Export Orders it will not allow us to go any further and a message appears: No orders were found for the operation.

Is there a limit on how many it can export in one go? A nuisance as the only option is to export in batches, very time consuming.

The 'export orders' option on report selection exports outstanding orders rather than selected orders. To export selected orders, right click on the mouse and choose re-export.
As far as I am aware there is no limit to the number you can export at one time.
