Template not found on checkout

Have just switched isp hosts and was uploading my catalog to the new site and testing it prior to switching it back live. Everything is ok until i get to the authorise button on my psp page. when i click it i get a template not found page and this displayed on it:

Template : http://www.thedonkeysanctuary.org.uk..._SECPayOK.html not found!
java.io.IOException


Any clues please as i have transfered a second catalog site to the same isp without any problems.

Do you have the "Act_SECPayOK.html" file in your Sites\Site1\CommonOCC folder ?

Every thing was there that should be there, it just couldn't display it for some reason.

The problem i was having was that our new host had a redirect on any http request to our domain to switch them over to our web pages. Actinic didn't like this one bit and wouldn't even recognise our web url.

I have now managed to get round this by putting in a different url without any www in the set up wizard.

Every thing now appears to working ok but i think Actinic setup wizard is trying to be too clever and doesn't like redirects.
