Design Layout help

Hi

my site http://www.yakuda.com/Sitepreview/ is just in test mode now

I have used Frames one on the top and the menu in the left hand side

Is this the only way that I can have the flash image at the top working ?

I have tried it in the body of the site but that way every time you click on a link to a new page the flash reloads and I want it to load one and loop as in the frame.

I would love not to use frames but I can not see away around it

any ideas

I believe the 'iframe' tag is now widely supported. This is an inline frame that appears as a box in the middle of your design. Read more at http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/ht...al/iframe.html
