    Error opening SimHMAC.pm ....

    Client just received this error message when going to checkout with authorize.net. No one can take orders using credit cards. Looks like client moved actinic from one machine to another and the whole catalog looks different know (upgraded???).

    Error opening SimHMAC.pm (Can't locate SimHMAC.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/BSDPAN /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 . cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin) at (eval 35) line 12, line 64. )

    Hi Jason,

    To resolve this issue:
    1. Please go to C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1 (where Site1 is your site name)

    2. Delete all the .cat .fil .pl and .pm files

    3. Copy the .pl and .pm files from Original folder (C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Original) to your Site1 folder

    4. Do a complete web refresh ('Web | Refresh Website')

    If it still does not work, then repeat steps 1 to 3, but additionally, manually ftp to your site, delete .pl and .pm in your cgi-bin folder, and again, delete the .cat and .fil in your /acatalog/ folder, then do a web refresh.

    Please follow the steps provided in Knowledge Base to move Actinic from one PC to another.
