Cannot delete orderlines in V4.1.1

I upgraded from V3 to V4.1.1. Since than the customers cannot delete orderlines anymore (just add
Everything else is working OK.

Who has a solution for me ?

deleting orderlines

I already found it myself after searching a very long time.
Due to the translation of the text on the "confirm" button, the text was to long. Simple if you would know this limitation of the software
