Merging Files Upload Error - Looked at previous emails

I get the error message:-

Merging files on the server - 'error occurred while sending the merge request'.

Have read other peoples comments on this error, they say 'refresh the site' How should I do this? It's been uploading fine until I imported a new snap shot version into Actinic.

Click on Web, then Refresh Website.
