Server Script Errors

Getting an error message saying

The server scripts are incompatible with this version of
Actinic. Refresh the website.

If order processing is split fro we site maintenance then the two copies of Actinic must be upgraded to the same version.

If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again.

Server version="6 NNN", Client version="7 EEE"

I found this problem in the knowledge base but after follling the directions I still get the error. Can anyone else suggest anything?

Hi Troy,

This looks like you have a different version on the server and machine. Did you upgrade your software recently and not upload to your site? Else do you have your site split over 2 machines and do they have the same version of Actinic running on them?
