snapshot fatal error archive error 12

We are using Actinic vers6.1 and are having problems with the snapshot of the site. If we transfer the snapshot from the week day machine to the weekend machine we get a fatal error with the details 1 fatal error file snapshot.coo line 1482 archive error 12. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this problem

Hi There,

Go to Housekeeping | Compact Databases.. in the window that opens, tick both 'Catalog' and 'Shipping', once the process is done try doing a snapshot and see if you come up with an error.
