    Missing Images

    Hi folks.
I wonder if anyone could help me figure out why some of my catalogue product images are missing?
It's only recently started happening (since re-install) but see this page for an example.

OK, all images are stored in a folder inthe Site 1 folder.
I've checked they are all there. They are.
I've re-selected them in the product (as if I'd changed it to a different image, IYSWIM) and uploaded/refreshed (done both) and they're still missing.
I cannot, for the life of me, fathom out why!
Has anyone else had any problems like this with 6.1.3?
Can anyone come up with a list of things I can try/rule out?
    Cheers

Strange as they're all there for me.

try a CNTL-REFRESH and see if that helps or maybe try clearing your browser cache.

      I see them all too.

One thing that you might want to look at is that these are jpg images with very little compression so they are much bigger (and slower to download) than they need to be. E.g. I downloaded corigaturqpram.jpg (53Kb) and resave it in Paint Shop Pro with a compression factor of 25 and the image became only 13Kb with almost no visible change in quality.

        Hmmm...curious..

        Thanks though.
I had asked someone else to check for me and she confirmed they were missing!
Good to know they'e not (they do show on a web page preview)
I shall see about compressing them all.
Norman, you've pointed me to Irfanview in the past (I think it was you?) and I was using that but I hadn't got around to going through the whole catalogue.
Will add it to my (ever-increasing) to do list
        Thanks to both of you.
        Very reassuring!

Yes. I'm an Irfanview fan. You could always sort your images by file size and let Irfanview munch only those bigger than (say) 15K.
