Both secure and nonsecure items

When an order is placed on our web, a dialog box appears - This page contains both secure and nonsecure items - with options to display nonsecure items or non. If the user takes the option 'Yes' to display non-secure items, the order page is displayed, but without a security padlock.

Business settings are

SSL ON - Check out pages and customer login only.

I've found a couple of threads concerning this issue, cannot see how to make changes as orderNN.html are processed by perl scripts to generate the html.

Edit actinic.css, not the scripts

This is a known 6.1.4 bug. This should be fixed in 6.1.5.

In actinic.css, remove or comment out this line:
background-image:url(NETQUOTEVAR:BGIMAGECSS);
