Getting an error message saying

The server scripts are incompatible with this version of
Actinic. Refresh the website.

If order processing is split fro we site maintenance then the two copies of Actinic must be upgraded to the same version.

If this error persists, copy the perl scripts from the original subdirectory and try again.

Server version="6 NNN", Client version="7 EEE"

I found this problem in the knowledge base but after follling the directions I still get the error. Can anyone else suggest anything?

What about deleting my acatalog off the server and just doing a web|Refresh site?

So you tried generating the scripts and manually uploading them

Seems at bit odd - V6 scripts on the server V7 on the pc not being uploaded i would suggest deleting the scripts and doing a complete refresh

If you're running V6 and V7 on the same server than you must use different CGI Script ID numbers. See Advanced / Network Setup.

Also you have to make sure that you're uploading the two catalogs into different directories.
