Have you done any customisation to the scripts or the shopping cart templates? - this does not happen normally.

Someone will need to take a look at your snapshot to figure out the reason for this error. I suggest raising an email support request at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and someone there will request your snapshot.

I suggest you simply post on here and ask people to comment on your site. People are quite good at providing useable feedback.
