Order wont ship

    Order wont ship

    This morning we were processing an order and the computer froze up, upon rebooting the particular order was still pending, when trying to process it again, actinic wont mark it as shipped and therefor it stays on the pending screen. What table on the database hold the date shipped info so i can manually go in and ship it?

    You can find the order-relevant info in the Order table in ActinicCatalog.mdb.

      I have the same problem in Actinic 8, Is there anyway of editing the database without microsoft access.

        I am afraid you will have to have Access to edit the Database. If you don't then raise a support ticket and a member of the team will be able to help you.

          If you have an order that won't ship then right-click it and export it. This will move it to the completed section.
