Correct manner of closing Actinic software

Hi,

How to shut down the Actinic software correctly? do i "exit without back up", "database backup", or "site snapshot"? which are the correct way to shut down the program before i turn off the computer?

Do whatever you feel comfortable about.

- database backup makes a copy of your database and is always usefull to have in case your database gets corrupted.

- snapshot saves a copy of all the data (including templates, design options, etc) that is needed to get back to where you were should your hard disk fail.

Yes. The snapshot will back up your database and all the images and templates that are used to build the website.
