Component problems

Hi there

I'm having a few problems with component pricing. I have a product set up with a component, attribute and choices. I've set the product price to zero and assigned a price per choice. If you select the first component which sets the price and confirm the order it doubles the price.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Please double-click the 'Component', go to 'General' tab and untick 'Component As Separate Order Line' and on the 'Prices' tab ensure that the price is '0' and on the 'Permutations' tab, check the prices of the 'Choices'.

Now, double-click your product, go to 'General' tab and make sure your product price is '0' and 'Pricing Model' is 'Sum of Components Prices'.

Apply changes and upload your site to check the results.

BTW, can I have your website URL, if you have uploaded it?

Thanks for that but I still get the same problem? Now if I confirm the order it shows the correct price with postage. But if I later go back into the basket the price for the product doubles?
