help please with printing gift message

We have a facility to print gift messages using actinic but they come off on the packing list.

Does anyone have any software/knowhow where we can have the gift messages printed on a comp slip automatically rather than copy and pasting?

Both of those websites are Mole End, now I know why you ordered your paper sample!

You have several options to print off gift messages, you can print onto an integrated label as part of the invoice, you can print to Avery label sheets, you can print to a label printer or you could export the fields for import to a mail merge.

If you want to use one of the printing methods then you would need a custom report to get the label and probably pretty graphics printed in the correct place for the label.

However if you want to print onto your comp slip, the easiest way would be to replace your packing list with a custom report that just printed the gift message information and any other information that you needed, you could run this from the automation mole by using a second printer loaded with the correct paper and setting the packing list to print to that printer. Give me a call if this doesn't make sense.

Having said all of that, personally I think that a handwritten message is much nicer (so long as your handwriting in neat and tidy).
