question from a nebie

i am using a fragment within a section to display text such as

For more info click here

so that i can open a web page with images and text (more info)

i can do this but it opens in the same window and unless the user clicks back i have lost him

i am wanting to open a seperate window to avoid this

any suggestions appreciated
