i have only had a couple of orders from my website as it is still in the early stages.
however i can see a major problem in the future if i don't solve it soon.
i currently have about 1500 products on my site but will soon be adding about 4000 more.
the problem is that when i retrieve the order from actinic all i get on the product info page is the item description and a number which i presume is the number in which that product was added to actinic.
is there anyway i can add my reference number somewhere on each product so that number is shown when i get an order.
as i list many the same product with slight variations i can see it getting very difficult to know what excatly the customer has ordered
