off line order adjustment

Ok where do i start

i have customers email us asking to change the order, 9/10 just want to increase the qty's

now if you select an item an increase the qty it adds this to the bottom of the list as an offline adjustment, ok i accept this but would prefer it to just change the original qty, however if you make a mistake during these changes and click cancel it still adds a qty of 1 to the list, should cancel just not enter it?, also you can not delete these adjustments only cancel them. so you end up with a report showing all the cancelled ones aswell.

Discounts - also when adding a change, increasing qty, it does not carry the discount over so have to put these in manualy.

so - can a future release allow changes to be deleted not cancelled
