blank spaces on customer emails

Hi

As we do not need all the address details in the company address fields is there anyway these can be excluded from the customer emails, at present they leave large spaces at the bottom.

is it just as easy to edit the email template or change the code in the script. I thought the script would ignore blank fields but obviously not

edit customer_email.txt and remove the netquotevars you don't want

i have the following lines
<Actinic:COMPANY_CONTACT_ADDRESS1/><Actinic:COMPANY_CONTACT_ADDRESS1_SEP/> what does the _SEP do?

is this a seperator value

Yes - it inserts the line break.
