my search has stopped working????

Hello! my search has suddenly stopped working???????? can anyone help??

also, is there a way of putting a google style multiple page option where i only display 20 images from each section on a page at a time and the viewer can click "next" or "back" or select the page i.e- "1, 2, 3," for more products within that section?

22:30 monday 19th July - just searched for 'dog' and got 2 images. clicked the links and went to the pictures. seems to work at the present time.
