I'm currently testing my site, and have found some people get an error message when returning to the site after paying via NetBanx, saying that "Your shopping cart has expired, orders must be completed within 3 hours or they will be automatically cancelled".
I'm having a little trouble testing it, as it works fine for me both at work and at home, but two other people have got this message, which appears instead of the normal receipt.
Does anyone know of any security settings or something that may be causing this for indivualy users? Or anything I need to change in actinic?
