Wield GBP symbol

I am using the Actinic V7 demo.

Two problems:

1. After installation, actinic can not be started successfully, it failed at upgrading UPS database. I found it lost ' in the file. Anyway I fixed it.


2. It can display $ correctly, however when I change to British Pound, it turns to the wield symbol.

I think this will be something to do with the language settings on your PC not recognising the '£' symbol.

I suggest you pop open the ActinicCatalog.mdb database within your 'Site1' folder and locate the 'Currencies' table. When in there, the 'British Pounds' record is near the top - just replace the two instances of the pound symbol with 'GBP'.
