How do I write new mail templates so that I can send standard emails when out of stock etc.

i think this is a new feature to v7, as such not possible in v6 -
You cannot create new one's however you can adjust the old one's if you don't use them all.Remember; The Arc was built by amateurs but the Titanic was built by professionals.
