Computer slow

The computer I run actinic on is running slower and slower so I statred removing programs that are not in use but noticed the following,

Actinic ecomerce V6 105mb
Actinic shared ssl service providers V6 105mb

My question is what is the second one and why is it the exact same size as the first one?

Any explanation please.

The actinic shared ssl providers is a listing of actinic and third parties who provide an alternate service to the inbuilt java applet or OCCP...

It would not contain 105MBs of data that is for sure, so would suggest that something else is screwy maybe for it to be reporting this type of thing, unless you dropped some files in there by mistake...
