HSBC secure e-commerce works in Test

Using HSBC secure e-commerce in Test Mode and everything works fine.
When I switch to production I get the following :-

The following error occurred during the payment authorisation:
Transaction was rejected by HSBC. Message:
The transaction failed because of invalid input data.

Click here to go back to the shop [/COLOR]


Any help would be appreciated.

I have had the problem before with the e-secure payments from HSBC. Make sure your cpi hash is correct etc.In the end it was a problem actually with the banks side. In turn they provided a new hash and it works well ...most of the time !
