Discounts based on Customer Pricing, Customer Group and Minimum order value

Hi,

I would like to set up the following discounts based on Customer Pricing, Customer Group and minimum order value.

e.g.

Customer A,B and C receives a 10% discount – minimum order value of £100
Customer D receives a 15% discount – minimum order value of £200

Reading other threads and the advance user manual this can only be achieved (if at all) by amending the code within the check out process but I cannot find a definitive list of variables and their functions.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi,

It is simple to set up the basic order level discounts and restrict them to a customer group - unfortunately it is not possible to set a minimum order level on a group-by-group basis. The best you can do is set up the 'triggers' grid in the 'order value' tab in the 'discounts' (View | Discounts...) area to charge large surcharges for orders that fall below the minimum order value.
