Upgrade v6 to V7 upload error message

I have just upgraded from v6 to v7.

When trying to upload the site I got the following error message:-

Unable to connect to the FTP server "ftp.jolair.com" because the specified server is invalid. This could also occur if the network connection is down.

The server name or address could not be resolved

I have checked the Network Setup. All details are the same as version 6. The version 6 connection still works.

I have norton security. However, the problem is still there if I disable it.

Hi Malcolm,

I suggest you make an email support query here. We will need to take a look at a snapshot to be able to tell you why you are coming up with the error.
