Discounts not showing

Hi

I have a discount offer set at 10% for orders over £50, but over the weekend without my intervention it stopped showing. I have checked the settings and all appear as they were on Friday. I have no date restrictions set.

I Received orders yesterday with discounts but today, when I go online there are no discounts showing.

The discount presentation line appears in the checkout, but no discount!

Any help please?

Hi there

When adding products to the cart to a total of ?65.98, in the checkout I got a 'High Value Discount' of ?6.60.

So appears to be working for me, maybe you might want to change High Value Discount to something like 10% discount in View | Discounts and surcharges settings...
