creating a pop up from order pages

I need to create a pop up window from Act_Order03.html template.

If I create a page "window.html", do I need to reference this page as an absolute URL from my popup? (i.e.http://www.mysite.co.uk/acatalog/window.html).

Yes, as the browser thinks that the checkout pages are located within the cgi-bin folder rather than the acatalog folder.

You could use your 'Path from Cgi-bin to Catalog Directory' value (from 'Advanced | Network Setup') to direct the browser to the correct page.
