Hi all,
I'm in the middle of developing a site for a corporate catering company, and am just seeking assistance.
Is it possible to create a non-integer or decimal quantity. The reason why I need this is for a situation where somebody orders say a platter of sandwiches or food items. The total quantity for the platter is really going to be the same as number of people.
Now, for each platter, there are say 2 sandwiches and 1.5 finger food items. (i.e. 4 people get 8 sandwiches and 6 finger food items) (This information is required to be printed out on the packing slip to help the kitchen staff make up the order) These sub-items of the platter have been entered into Actinic as components of the main product.
However, I'm having difficulty being able to allow for a 1.5 quantity. Any way around this or any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks
Alastair
