Error message: A General Script Error Occurred

I get this message:

A General Script Error Occurred

Error: sort trapped by operation mask at (eval 21) line 111.

When anybody trys to buy something. I have deleted all cat, pl files etc and replaced them all by a site refresh. All to no avail. Any suggestions welcome.

Hi Chris,

Could you please repeat the method of deleting the *.fils, *.cats, *.pl and *.pm from the Site1 folder and then replace the perl files from the Original folder. But this time can you manually FTP to your server and remove the above extensions from the acatalog and cg-bin folders.

Now perform a Web | Refresh Web site.

I come across these errors all the time and the above method will usually correct the error.
