since upgrading from v6.1.4 to v6.1.5 am unable to get pass the checkout page every thing justs stops has any one any ideas please

I tried checking your website, it seems you have reverted to 6.1.4.

Can you elaborate on

in v6.1.5 when I got to the checkout page nothing worked,everything seemed to freeze,could not go forward or backward.so reverted to 6.1.4
But am going to try upgrading again this weekend to see if it happens again

6.1.5 upgrade

just upgraded to 6.1.5 again,when you put a item into the basket and then proceed to checkout,you cannot get any further ,when you click the next button nothing happens,the same with the cancel button

I tried placing a test order at your site. As you have mentioned, it does not proceed from the 'Select Shipping Destination" page. Were any changes made to any of the templates?
Could you check if Act_PrimaryCheckout.html has NETQUOTEVAR:FORMBEGIN and NETQUOTEVAR:FORMEND in it? Also, can you let me know what theme you are using.

Act_PrimaryCheckout.html DOES NOT HAVE NETQUOTEVAR:FORMBEGIN and NETQUOTEVAR:FORMEND on it

Layout is curves but modified

Hi

The two variables need to be in Act_PrimaryCheckout.html. I think you will need to replace it with the original, which can be found in C:\Program Files\ActinicEcommerceV6\Formats\Themes\Curves folder.

Find Act_PrimaryCheckout.html in this folder, copy and paste it into the Site 1 folder. Update the site.

Please keep us posted about the status.

I reinstated as you suggested still not working.
Downgraded back to 6.1.4 and now that is doing the same

There is definitely something wrong with your templates, but it needs further investigation and testing.

I suggest you register an email support request at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm and someone can take a look at your site.
