"Out of Memory" error

Hi there,
I posted this in the developers section also but....

I just upgraded my site from v6 to v7 and finally got it uploaded (after 3 attempts) and now I'm getting an error when I do anything. I know thats vauge, but I first noticed it when I was trying to remove a line of text from our home page. It also pops up if I try to view any other item on the site.
The error simply says: "Out of Memory".
I'm running version 7.0.1.1.0.0 Developer on a Windows NT 4.0 Server with 512mb ram.
Does anybody know what is happening?

I did some more checking and the problem seemed to be realated to a specific fragment on the home page. I deleted the fragment, and rebuilt it and have not seen the error again......yet.
