Creating different delivery options

At the moment I only have one delivery option, but im trying to add a customer collection option (eg free carriage). I only deliver to UK and give free carriage for orders over £250.

The problem im having is whenever I add another delivery option and upload my site it doesnt appear anywhere Its still only has that one option.

Anyone got any suggestions as to things i can try?

Hi Andy

Just for clarification, have you entered any values in the fields in the Weight in KG and Cost table corresponding to the free shipping class ? Normally, if a shipping class has no values assigned to it, it will not be displayed as an option in the checkout page.

Better still, is it possible for you to attach a screen grab of your Shipping and Handling settings with the custom-created free shipping band selected/highlighted ?

yep your right. I had left it at £0.00 thinking it would catch all orders, but instead had to change it to £0.01
