yikes - can't upload to live site!

site has been working happily, no changes made for ages, been downloading orders and uploading using mole with no problems... until now.

I came back to my pc to find that after downloading an order mole had started an upload, but an error message had popped up about referenced memory. I tried the upload manually, tried restart catalog and tried rebooting, but whenever I do an upload I get a runtime error, followed by a referenced memory error (see screenshots).

This always happens at the 'setting file permissions' stage of 'purging files'

Any ideas on the cause? or even the location? Is this a problem at the server end? a corrupt database? memory problem on my PC?

btw. this is a live site so until I get this fixed the stock control is stuffed...

Hi John,

Could you please re-check and make sure you have correct permissions assigned to the directories on server. Also, can I have the complete error message and the screenshot?

I fixed this later that day, can't remember what the cause was - think it was some peice of software installed on the desktop.
