    Payment provider information missing

    Hi

    I have recently changed hosting companies and now I receive all my orders without the payment provider information. I currently have to check every order, with our protx screen, to make sure payment has been made and then manually add payment received to the order.

    can anyone tell me why this would be so, and what can I do to get the payment confirmations back when I download my orders?

    Could you tell us how long ago was that? Because it can take a while for the DNS to propogate.
