Download button missing

My customer is using order manager 5.1.4 The download button has become greyed out, yet he can download orders using Web | Retrieve orders.
Any ideas why it would vanish?

This is a strange issue, i have never heard of this in all versions of Actinic. Is your client still getting this problem?

If so, if you refresh the site, does the download button become active?
