Drop down menu

Hi!

I'm guessing that this is fairly simple and is me just being dense but if you could help that would be great!

I've got a site, in it are 3 main sections then under them around 5-10 sub sections each. what i'd would like to do is add 3 drop down menus along the top of the site one for each section listing that sections subsections and then linking to the subsections.

have upgraded to version 7 so the product duplication and import will work.
