Remove the login from navigation

Is it possible to remove the login from the navigation bar ? or even better redirect the hyperlink to a different page on the site ?

My client does not need the login feature so I can not see any use for it or am I wrong?

remove the image filesnames from the navigation listings, and that should remove the images from those provided.

You can also do this by de-selecting 'Allow Orders From Customer Accounts' in 'Business Settings | Orders'.
